Sourav Chatterjee est un peintre indien né en Inde à Kolkata (Calcutta).
Il vit et travaille à Marseille depuis mai 2017.
Après des études à l'Ecole des beaux-arts de Kolkata, Sourav a poursuivi sa recherche en peinture à travers un travail figuratif et expressif basé sur la spontanéité et l'improvisation.
Il a exposé dans plusieurs galeries à New Delhi et à Kolkata, et travaille aujourd'hui entre la France et l'Inde.
Il a récemment joint la cité d'artistes au couvent Levat gérée par l'atelier Juxtapoz, Marseille, France.

Sourav Chatterjee is an indian painter born in Kolkata (India) and living in Marseille (France).
After studies at the government College of art and craft in Kolkata, Sourav has continued his research in painting
through a figurative and expressive work, based on spontaneity and improvisation.
He has exhibited in several galleries in Delhi and Calcutta and works between France and India.
He recently joined the art residency of Atelier Juxtapoz, marseille, france
